Part-time Learning and Development/SpLD Adviser

This part-time role supports the Royal Navy's Learning and Development Organisation by assisting service personnel with career transitions, lifelong learning, and promotion-related education. The position involves providing advice on educational access, delivering briefings, and managing learning credit schemes. It also focuses on supporting neurodivergent learners and those with Specific Learning Differences through screening, personalised learning plans, and exam concessions.
