YSS
The Part-Time Self-Sufficiency Advocate supports young adults aged 18–21 who have aged out of foster care by providing mentorship, advocacy, and steady support to help them build stability and independence. This role involves traveling to northwestern Iowa counties to meet with participants, assess their needs, and coordinate care with community partners. The position focuses on helping youth navigate critical life transitions through consistent presence and comprehensive case management.
