Part-Time Well-Being Program Manager

The Part-Time Well-Being Program Manager serves as an onsite partner supporting employee health and well-being through personalized coaching, engaging programming, and proactive collaboration with the client’s well-being team. This role is responsible for creating a visible, accessible, and trusted well-being presence within the workplace while helping plan, coordinate, and deliver initiatives that support employee well-being and advance the client’s broader strategy. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, comfortable working independently in a client-facing environment, and able to translate employee and organizational needs into meaningful well-being experiences.
