Well-Being Manager

The role leads the implementation of the Blue Zones Worksite Certification initiative at Eisenhower Medical Center, coordinating with executive leadership, physicians, and cross‑functional teams to embed well‑being into the organization’s culture and operations. It involves strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, project management, and collaboration with both internal departments and the national Blue Zones team to achieve certification milestones and sustainable workforce wellness.
