Partner Management

This role is responsible for managing the P&L for partners, ensuring profitability and growth of individual partner relationships. The position involves identifying, selecting, and recruiting potential partners while planning and allocating resources to secure installation capacity and lead times. Additionally, the role requires facilitating discussions with the partner council and managing the performance of medium-sized teams.
