Parts Order and Request Facilitator

This role involves working closely with internal and external customers to identify, source, and supply replacement parts for industrial equipment, including mobile cranes and construction equipment. The position requires facilitating parts orders, maintaining customer and supplier relations, and ensuring accurate data entry for billing and service resolution. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, customer service skills, and the ability to pursue new business opportunities through up-selling.
