Parts Order and Request Facilitator

This role involves working closely with internal and external customers to identify, source, and supply replacement parts for industrial equipment such as mobile cranes and construction equipment efficiently and cost-effectively. The position requires facilitating parts orders, maintaining customer and supplier relations, expediting back orders, and ensuring accurate data entry for billing. Additionally, the role includes pursuing new business opportunities through up-selling and ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
