About this role

The Pastry Chef is responsible for producing all baked goods and desserts aboard Lindblad Expeditions vessels, contributing significantly to the overall guest dining experience. The role manages daily pastry and baking production while accommodating a variety of dietary needs and ensuring consistent quality and presentation. It also supports broader galley operations, including cleaning, provisioning, and occasional assistance with crew meals or dishwashing. This is a shipboard position with long daily hours on a rotational schedule of 8 weeks on and 4 weeks off.
