Pastry Commis

The Pastry Commis prepares and produces high-quality pastry, dessert, bakery, and confectionery items in accordance with hotel standards and recipes. This role supports the Pastry Chef de Partie and Pastry Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations while maintaining consistency, hygiene, and food safety. The position contributes to creating memorable guest dining experiences through attention to detail, teamwork, and a passion for pastry craftsmanship.
