Patch & Polish

Responsible for repairing and finishing parts by sanding, buffing, and applying gelcoat and putty to meet quality standards. This role involves reviewing work for defects, performing detailed surface repairs, and using pneumatic and power tools to achieve a high-quality finish. The position requires maintaining a clean and organized workspace, following instructions, and adhering to all safety requirements, including proper use of personal protective equipment.
