Quality

This position assists production staff in finding solutions to problems and working with management to ensure the highest quality standards possible for every boat leaving the facility. The role involves conducting inspections, approving materials and finished products, and documenting results to maintain quality control procedures. The incumbent will also educate the production team on quality issues and participate in process analysis for continuous improvement.
