Patent Agent – Electrical Engineering & Computer Science

Direct Counsel is representing an Amlaw 100 firm seeking a mid-level Patent Agent to join its Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Patent Prosecution Practice Group. This role is open to multiple offices, with preference for Washington, DC, or San Francisco. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution and hold a degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, or physics.
