About this role

A Patient Access Advocate I in the Emergency Department performs primary registration of patients for scheduled and unscheduled visits, entering demographics and verifying insurance information in the ADT system. The role ensures accurate account information for clean billing, collects point-of-service payments, and provides patient wayfinding and customer service at time of service. This is a full-time, onsite position at Presbyterian Hospital working 12-hour day shifts.
