Patient Access Registrar

The Patient Access Registrar performs admitting duties for patients at ThedaCare, handling registration, insurance verification, and point‑of‑service collections while providing excellent customer service. The role includes pre‑registration, consent processing, audit activities, and telephone switchboard operation within a full‑time schedule that may include weekend rotations.
