Patient Access Representative ED

The Patient Access Representative ED supports departmental efficiencies by performing scheduling, registration, patient pre-admission and admission, reception, and discharge functions. The role requires obtaining accurate patient demographic information and employing compliant patient liability collection techniques before, during, and after the date of service. This position is based at Baptist Medical Center in San Antonio, TX, with a shift schedule of Wednesday through Saturday from 6 AM to 6 PM.
