Patient Access Scheduling Coordinator (Hybrid)

The Patient Access Scheduling Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for coordinating all medical care and test referrals for the site. This role ensures the timely and appropriate scheduling of patient referrals to specialty, hospital, and ancillary providers as requested by medical providers. The coordinator is responsible for managing appointments, verifying patient information, notifying patients of appointments and testing requirements, and tracking compliance with referral appointments.
