Patient Access Specialist

About this role
The Patient Access Specialist is the initial contact for patients and customers at Marshfield Clinic Health System, providing a professional point of entry both in-person and by telephone. The role supports the patient experience by completing financial clearance and administrative intake activities prior to patient arrival. This is a regular, 36-hour per week position working 12-hour night shifts.
