Patient Advocate

The Patient Advocate guides uninsured hospital patients through the complex process of identifying eligibility and applying for medical and disability assistance programs. This on-site, hospital-based role involves meeting patients face-to-face to help them secure coverage and providing exceptional customer service during vulnerable moments.
