Patient Advocate

The Patient Advocate investigates, resolves, and reports patient and visitor complaints and grievances at the Riverside Mental Health and Recovery Center. This role develops and implements customer service and patient relation initiatives to improve performance while adhering to just culture principles and regulatory guidelines. The position oversees feedback entries in internal incident reporting systems and manages human rights events within the DBHDS electronic event management system.
