Patient Ambassador

The Patient Ambassador serves as the primary representative of the Patient Experience Team, focusing on completing patient interviews and new admission visits to enhance the overall patient experience. This role involves fostering a culture of hospitality and respect among staff while supporting client satisfaction and account retention. The position also includes assisting in the development of patient satisfaction action plans and resolving housekeeping issues to ensure high standards of care.
