Patient Ambassador

The Patient Ambassador serves as the primary representative of the Patient Experience Team, focusing on conducting new admission visits and ensuring a high level of hospitality and respect for patients and clients. This role supports client satisfaction to ensure account retention and promotes awareness of the Patient Experience Program. The position also involves assisting in the development of patient satisfaction action plans and resolving housekeeping issues to maintain high standards.
