About this role
The Patient Advocate investigates and resolves patient grievances, working with patients, providers, and leaders to improve patient care systems and overall experience. The role partners with the Patient Experience office, maintains accurate records of patient contacts, and supports organizational efforts to enhance quality and compliance. It also educates leaders and physicians on advocacy practices and represents the organization professionally to patients and staff.
