Patient Care Tech III

The Patient Care Tech III provides direct patient care and support to the healthcare team within a high-acuity unit such as the Emergency Department, ICU, or Step-Down Unit. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, monitoring patient vitals, performing clinical procedures like phlebotomy and EKGs, and maintaining a safe environment under the direction of licensed clinicians. The position requires cross-training in specific unit duties such as telemetry monitoring, remote video monitoring, or unit secretarial functions.
