About this role
A Patient Care Technician (PCT) on the Cardiac Heart Failure inpatient unit provides bedside technical support under RN coordination, delivering direct patient care including hygiene, mobility, monitoring, phlebotomy and EKGs. The role supports clinical procedures, manages equipment, assists with specimen collection and point-of-care testing in a specialized heart failure unit.
