Patient Care Technician (PCT) on the Springfield 6400 General Medical Surgical Unit provides direct bedside support under RN coordination in a 32-bed medical-surgical unit, assisting with hygiene, mobility, monitoring, and basic clinical procedures. The role works a 7pm–7am shift with every-other-weekend and holiday coverage and supports unit workflows and professional development.
