A Patient Care Technician (PCT) on the MassMutual 6 Heart & Vascular inpatient unit provides direct bedside support under RN coordination, performing technical tasks such as phlebotomy, EKGs, and patient monitoring. The role supports care for post-operative cardiac, TAVR, vascular, and telemetry patients at Baystate Medical Center.
