Patient Care Technician

Sentara Norfolk General Hospital is seeking a Part Time Patient Care Technician for the Cardiac Procedural and Surgical Unit. This role involves providing high acuity cardiac care to pre and post-surgical patients, including those with arrhythmias, heart failure, and chest pain. The position requires supporting patient activities of daily living, performing clinical tasks like phlebotomy and EKG testing, and documenting patient conditions under the direction of professional RN nurses.
