Patient Concierge

The Patient Concierge supports patients and families at a healthcare client from admission through discharge, providing non-clinical services and assistance to enhance their hospital experience. This active, on-the-move role involves rounding on designated hospital areas, engaging with patients and loved ones, and coordinating various services such as travel booking, bedside assistance, and discharge errands.
