Patient Experience Coordinator

The Patient Experience Coordinator serves as the first impression and primary front-of-house representative for FACE Saratoga, a medical aesthetics and facial plastic surgery practice. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional, personalized patient experience from the initial phone call through post-visit follow-up.
