Patient Navigator

As a Patient Navigator at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients and referrers, coordinating communication within specialized tumor streams to facilitate timely access to cancer care. This full-time role requires coordinating diagnostic and treatment appointments, supporting multidisciplinary meetings, and ensuring smooth patient flow through the administrative system. You will collaborate closely with clinicians, nursing staff, and administrative teams to resolve inquiries and optimize the patient care pathway.
