Patient Observer

The Patient Observer works collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide safe, one-to-one observation and support for patients. The role focuses on maintaining a therapeutic environment, ensuring patient safety, and assisting with nursing interventions and patient education. This position requires close monitoring of patient behavior and physical condition while promoting adaptive coping strategies.
