Patient Placement RN

The Patient Placement RN coordinates and facilitates safe, timely, and efficient placement of patients within the hospital, managing admissions, transfers, and discharges while maintaining real-time awareness of capacity and bed availability. This role serves as the central hub for the Hospital Medicine Service, triaging referrals, ensuring appropriate patient assignments, and supporting continuity of care throughout the hospital stay and post‑discharge.
