Patient Placement RN

The Patient Placement RN coordinates and facilitates the safe, timely, and efficient placement of patients within the hospital, ensuring appropriate bed assignment and supporting optimal patient throughput. This role serves as the central hub for the Hospital Medicine Service, triaging referrals, matching patients with appropriate teams, and promoting quality care and patient satisfaction. The position collaborates with physicians, nursing staff, and ancillary departments to ensure continuity of care throughout the patient's hospital course.
