Patient Registration Associate

The role involves greeting patients, visitors, and customers, managing check‑in and registration processes for ER, urgent care, and outpatient services, and handling related administrative tasks such as insurance verification, cash handling, and EPIC data entry. The associate also supports patient flow, assists with pre‑admission functions, and provides customer service throughout the facility.
