Patient Registration Clerk

The Patient Registration Clerk provides customer service and registration switchboard services to ensure the financial success of patient access. This role involves verifying insurance coverage, managing demographic information collection, and handling point-of-service collections while maintaining patient confidentiality. Staff members also support hospital communications and assist with safety protocols under the supervision of the Patient Access Services Manager.
