Patient Safety Observer

The Patient Safety Observer provides continuous safety observation and comfort for assigned patients, ensuring their well-being while monitoring for any signs of suicidal or violent behavior. This role involves supporting patients with activities of daily living, such as ambulating and feeding, as directed by nursing staff, and maintaining constant visual contact to ensure a safe environment.
