Patient Safety Observer

The Patient Safety Observer provides continuous safety observation and comfort for assigned patients, ensuring their well-being while monitoring for any signs of suicidal or violent behavior. This role involves supporting patients with activities of daily living, such as ambulating and feeding, and maintaining a respectful, empathetic attitude toward patients and their families. The position requires close collaboration with the nursing team to document care, report concerns, and assist with ancillary tasks as directed.
