About this role

The Patient Safety Program Specialist oversees patient safety-related quality improvement initiatives across hospitals, nursing homes, and outpatient clinical settings within a designated region. The role serves as a subject matter expert on key patient safety topics and supports a team of Quality Improvement Advisors to meet project goals and deliverables. It also focuses on building and maintaining regional and national partner relationships and aligning interventions with organizational and project-wide objectives. This position is fully remote, with preference for candidates in specified states.
