Patient Safety Program Specialist

The Patient Safety Program Specialist oversees patient safety-related quality improvement initiatives across hospitals, nursing homes, and outpatient clinical settings within an assigned region. The role serves as a subject matter expert in medication safety, infection prevention, risk assessment, and safety policies while standardizing processes and aligning interventions with organizational goals. It includes extensive collaboration with state, regional, and national partners and support of multidisciplinary internal teams to ensure effective implementation and impact. The position is fully remote with a focus on designated states in the central and western U.S.
