About this role
A Patient Service Representative in Mercy's Primary Care Resource Pool serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors and supports multiple primary care clinic locations across the Oklahoma City metro. This is a part-time, 24 hours/week position that requires travel between clinics and focuses on maintaining a positive patient experience and accurate patient records.
