The Patient Services Coordinator in the Clinic Support Center is the first point of contact for patients seeking virtual care and supports in-person medical receptionists to ensure smooth patient experiences. The role works closely with clinical teams and employer services partners to maintain organized operations and a positive patient experience. This is a part-time, in-office position based in Portsmouth with two 12-hour shifts per week and occasional weekend shifts.
