Patrol

This full-time position is responsible for directing, managing, and controlling all security activities of the direct supervision jail in compliance with Maine law and professional correctional standards. The role involves planning, organizing, and coordinating security programs while ensuring the custody, security, and discipline of the inmate population. The position oversees supervisory staff, correctional officers, and daily facility operations to maintain accreditation and safety requirements.
