Payment and Administration Officer

The Administration and Payment Officer serves as the operational anchor for Tiko's Ethiopia office, managing the end-to-end procurement-to-pay lifecycle and ensuring financial integrity. This role bridges local Ethiopian statutory compliance with global operational standards while overseeing accounts payable/receivable, payroll coordination, and administrative support for a team of 250+ international colleagues. Candidates will drive process optimization and maintain flawless audit trails within a fast-paced, informal nonprofit environment.
