About this role

The role leads the Payment Operations team at Coins.ph, overseeing daily fiat transaction workflows such as cash in/out, bills payment, and wallet services. It focuses on ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable payment operations while coordinating closely with product, engineering, compliance, finance, and external payment partners. The position also drives operational readiness for new payment features and partners, and supports continuous improvement of processes and controls. This is a people-lead role responsible for supervising team performance and aligning operational execution with company objectives.
