Payments Operations Supervisor

The Payments Operations Supervisor oversees the daily supervision, workflow coordination, and staff performance of the Payments Operations team. This role ensures the accurate, timely, secure, and compliant execution of payment activities across subsidiary banks, including ACH, wire transfers, and check processing. The position provides day-to-day leadership, supports procedure maintenance, and partners with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen efficiency and operational resilience.
