Payments Team Lead

The Payments Team Lead is a working leadership position responsible for coordinating the daily activities of the Payments Systems team while actively supporting payment processing and operational functions. This role provides day-to-day direction, coaching, and quality oversight across ACH, wire transfers, debit and credit cards, disputes, and related electronic payment activities. The position serves as the primary operational resource and first point of escalation, ensuring work is completed accurately and in compliance with established procedures and regulatory requirements.
