Payroll & Accounting Specialist

The Payroll & Accounting Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of biweekly payroll, payroll-related tax and regulatory filings, accounts payable functions, and reconciliations. This position reports directly to the Controller and collaborates with the Director of Human Resources to ensure employee pay, deductions, and benefits are processed accurately in accordance with company policies. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to independently manage recurring deadlines.
