Senior Human Resources Generalist

Madden’s on Gull Lake is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist to join its two-person HR team and serve as the Director’s primary operational partner. This role involves managing day-to-day HR operations across recruiting, onboarding, HRIS, benefits, and employee relations while supporting a large, highly seasonal hospitality workforce. The position requires a visible, approachable presence throughout the resort, connecting with employees and leaders across shifts and staying accountable for HR responsibilities and projects.
