The Payroll Analyst performs operational payroll activities and controls for the Brazilian population, ensuring compliance with internal policies and Brazilian labor and tax legislation. The role maintains payroll records, manages leaves and benefits, generates reports for stakeholders, and supports continuous improvement of payroll processes. This on-site position is based in Costa Rica and involves cross-functional interaction with HRBP, Finance, Legal, and ServiceNow teams.
