The Payroll Analyst at Novanta is an individual contributor responsible for the accurate and timely end-to-end processing of payroll for assigned employee populations globally. This role ensures compliance with local, state, federal, and international regulations while partnering with HR, Finance, and external providers to manage the full payroll cycle and support continuous improvement through data and AI tools.
